We are a small community of homes located just north of Sellersburg, Indiana off Perry Crossing Road by way of Highway 31. The neighborhood consists of 163 homes.

Our Story
The neighborhood was formed in 2005 when the first home was constructed and the neighborhood restrictions were filed with the state. Back then we did not have a Homeowners Association, the HOA was formed in 2014 with the passing of our Bylaws.
