All those who did not pay HOA dues last year (they know who they are) received a letter recorded delivery. Anybody who did not pay as a result of that letter has had their name and address given to the attorney and liens are in the process of being applied for. If you owe 2018 dues it would be a good idea to pay them soonest. For those who have not paid this years dues a similar process will be followed and liens will be eventually applied for
